Fascias & Soffits
Concord Fascias, Soffits, Cladding and Windowboard profiles are primarily used to replace timber either internally or externally. Concord profiles have a long working life and don't require maintenance.
Concord Fascias, Soffits and Cladding -
- Are 5m in length unless otherwise stated.
- Carry a 10 Year product guarantee.
- Require little or no maintenance.
- Will not crack or peel and will never require painting or any other protective treatment.
- The cellular core and integral co-extruded skin ensures a high degree of durability in all weathe r conditions.
- The impermeable skin is unaffected by moisture and will never rot or corrode. Cut ends are non-absorbant.
- Resistant to insect and vermin attack.
- Concord cellular PVC profiles have been tested to BS.476 Part 7:1987 and have gained a Class 1 Fire Rating.
- Guaranteed not to suffer from pinking discolouration.
- Concord PVC-u profiles DO NOT contain CFC's nor are CFC's produced in the extrusion process.
